The AEG74N, part of Ibanez's 2023 AEG series, is an Indonesian-crafted acoustic/electric guitar featuring a slender grand concert body with a gentle Venetian cutaway. The top is sapele with bocote back and sides adorned by abalone binding, all beneath a high-gloss finish. A round soundhole with abalone purfling rosette complements the design. It sports a satin-finish nyatoh neck with a 25.5" scale, 20-fret macassar ebony fingerboard marked by small white dot position markers. Hardware includes an Indonesian ebony bridge with plastic saddle, Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, and gold classical tuning machines. For amplification, it's equipped with an Ibanez T-bar II undersaddle pickup and AEQ-TTS preamp with onboard tuner and LCD display, powered by a 9V battery, and a Balanced XLR & ¼" stereo output jack.
