The unique, sleekly curved alder body, long a symbol of next-generation Made in Japan specifications, features a traditional combination of a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. A new pickguard shape further enhances the avant-garde look.

Equipped with two Modern Modified Humbucking Pickups that cover everything from clear, natural sounds to powerful distorted sounds. The 12-inch radius fingerboard, medium jumbo frets, and compound neck back specifications "C" to "D" support comfortable playability from chord to fast playing. In addition, the combination of Fender® Standard Cast/Sealed Staggered tuners and Thinline bridge suits the playing style of players who prefer high tuning stability and heavy rock sound.
