The Wolfgang® WG Standard QM delivers the style and loud sound of Eddie Van Halen—at a price the average musician can afford.

Offering many of the same features as its higher-priced counterparts, this instrument features a basswood body with a special “comfort cut” contour for maximum playing comfort, with beautiful masked-off natural body binding and an elegant quilt maple top. A bolt-on maple neck with graphite reinforcement rods protects it from temperature and humidity changes, while a spoke wheel on the underside of the neck allows for easy truss rod adjustment. Designed for comfortable playability and fast playing, the WG Standard also includes an oiled neck back finish and a 12”-16” compound radius maple fingerboard with chamfered edges, 22 jumbo frets, and black dot inlays.

Dual EVH® Wolfgang humbucking pickups mounted directly to the body enhance vibration transfer, resulting in superior sustain . Two dome knobs tuned to Van Halen specifications—smooth 500k pots—make it easy to dial in your unique sound while maintaining the crisp high-end sparkle of the Wolfgang pickups. An EVH-branded Floyd Rose® Special bridge and R2 locking nut keep your guitar in tune.
