Fender Custom Shop Ltd Ed 1955 Bone Tone Relic Stratocaster Electric Guitar, Wide-Fade 2-Color Sunburst

The Limited Edition '55 Bone Tone Strat harkens back to the archetypal year for the Strat, featuring modified vintage styling, gold hardware, and additional embellishments. The two-piece ash body wears a Relic finish, while the one-piece 2A flame maple neck features a comfortable '54 Strat “soft V” profile, a vintage compound-radius fingerboard (7.25”-9.5”), and 21 narrow-gauge frets.

Master-designed hand-wound Bone Tone pickups provide plenty of headroom with fewer turns of heavy formvar wire, angled alnico 2 magnets, and a '54 pickup cover. A five-way switch connects to the "½ blender" cable, allowing the neck pickup to be blended in positions 1 and 2. Other features include an eight-hole gold-anodized pickguard, a Custom Shop vintage-style synchronized tremolo, vintage-style tuning machines, a bone nut, and a vintage-style disc string tree with metal spacers. Includes a deluxe hardshell case, strap, and certificate of authenticity.
