The top, back, and sides of this new guitar are crafted from a beautiful koa-pattern high-pressure laminate (HPL), which is hand-selected from premium Hawaiian koa from Martin's wood shop. It's equipped with Fishman® MX electronics and strung with Martin's Authentic Acoustic Lifespan® 2.0 strings. All of this gives the D-X1E Koa a handsome look to match its room-filling sound. Add in a new soft gig bag featuring headstock, bridge, and endpin protectors, a durable water-resistant exterior, and foam padding, and this model is a stage-ready guitar.
