The Seymour Duncan PowerStage™ 700 Bass is a high-power, lightweight bass head designed to deliver pristine clarity, deep low-end response, and professional versatility for both stage and studio use. Built by bass engineer Kevin Beller, it provides 700 watts of clean, full-range amplification with rich harmonic detail and tight low-end control. A footswitchable onboard overdrive adds extra grit and flexibility, while the dedicated bass-voiced 5-band EQ (bass, low mid, high mid, treble, and presence) allows precise tone shaping for any room or genre. Designed to accommodate both active and passive instruments, it includes a -10dB input pad for seamless switching between bass types. With multiple output options—including ¼”, Speakon, XLR DI, and headphone out—it integrates easily into live rigs, recording setups, and direct-to-PA systems. Compact yet powerful, it also functions as a clean amplification platform for preamps and modelers, making it a streamlined, road-ready solution for modern bass players.
