About This Product

TAMA Hold Tight cup-shaped stainless steel washers contain a rubber ring so the percussion tension rod pushes both the cup washer and the rubber ring. Normally, drum and cymbal vibrations eventually loosen the tension rod. But the softness of Hold Tight washers' rubber ring keeps them in contact with both the tension rod and the drum hoop at all times maintaining friction to preserve tension.
